We want to thank everyone who came to Jalna’s celebration yesterday, and also those who couldn’t come but sent messages. It was wonderful to hear so many women talking about the impact Jalna had on their lives, and about her determination to hold those in power to account – all interspersed with many funny stories of her tenacity and doggedness. Her life of feminist activism has left a powerful legacy.
