Feminisms in the Academy

Posted on 04/07/2018

Feminisms in the Academy is the title of a free study day being held at Leeds Beckett University on Tuesday 17 July. The aim of the study day is to build a feminist community in Leeds Beckett and with colleagues in other local universities and beyond. It is billed as a fun, informal event, with contributions in a range of different formats, with the aim of:

  • Bringing together feminist academics, researchers and research students from a variety of different perspectives and disciplinary contexts
  • Sharing ideas and experience on conducting feminist research
  • Finding out more about each other and our work
  • Building a network for the future

The event us free, but numbers are limited. Email Bronwen Edwards on b.edwards@leedsbeckett.ac.uk for a place.
