Free Abortion on Demand was the third demand of the Women’s Liberation Movement in the UK. In the light of the Roe v Wade decision in the US it’s worth asking to what extent that demand was ever achieved here – or indeed any of the other six demands. These placards of the seven demands were made for our 2020 International Women’s Day display.
