International Women’s Day exhibition and celebration

Celebrating 100 years of Women in Engineering and Science

The Feminist Archive North invites everyone (hats not compulsory) to join us for our annual event to celebrate International Women’s Day

– an exhibition of our new Women into Science and Engineering collection and a celebration of 100 years of the Women’s Engineering Society

7th + 8th March 11.00 – 4.00

in Treasures of the Brotherton Gallery

Parkinson Building, University of Leeds, LS2 9JT

from 1.00 – 2.00 each day there will be a tour of the exhibition and anecdotal history of W.I.S.E. by Lynette Willoughby, past president of the Women’s Engineering Society
